If I meet the threshold, do I automatically get into YPP?

Tags can be useful if the content of your video is commonly misspelled. A video from your channel that appears as a link in the Shorts player to help direct viewers from your Shorts to your other YouTube content. Earning money on YouTube or receiving Shorts bonuses are a great way to be rewarded for good, engaging content on the platform. Generally, this context means we need more content to review. If our reviewers believe that your channel or video is not eligible, specific features may not be available.

Likeness detection does a one-time scan of your video for enrolled creators’ faces that may have been altered or AI-generated. Checks can take some time, but they run in the background, so you can return to the process later. Checks help you fix issues before your video is published. Use the Checks page to screen your video for copyright issues. Your video must be 25 seconds or longer to add an end screen. Add cards and end screens to show your audience related videos, websites, and calls to action.
Upload videos in YouTube Studio
YouTube can also personalize video recommendations based on the videos you’ve watched and your subscriptions. Some older, unused YouTube channels (created before May 2009) might not be part of a Google Account. To sign in, enter the email address you used for those products.
Sign in to the YouTube app to use features like watching paid content, subscribing to channels, and viewing your Library. Once you qualify for the higher eligibility criteria for YPP, you will be eligible to receive a share of the revenue from ads served on your content. How we review your application
To add your content to YouTube, try converting your audio file to a video file by adding an image. Here is a list of supported file formats for content that can be uploaded to YouTube. There’s a limit to how many videos a channel can upload each day across desktop, mobile, and YouTube API. Keep in mind that Copyright check results aren’t final. You can also publish your video while checks are running and fix issues later.

If you need to add an account, use the instructions above and then use the instructions here to switch between accounts. You can easily switch between signed in accounts on your smart TV or game console. Any actions taken while signed out in guest mode won’t affect your account’s recommendations.
I haven’t received the verification code
If you do not currently meet the higher eligibility criteria of YPP you may still see ads being served on your content. According to our Terms of Service, YouTube retains the right to serve ads on all content on the platform. Changes to your video privacy settings or deletion of video might impact the status of your application. Our team will review your channel as a whole to check whether your channel meets our YouTube channel monetization policies.
These two dates can be different if you uploaded your video as private or unlisted, and made it public later. For the best experience, don’t add black bars to the sides of your vertical video. When you upload a video, the video file is imported to YouTube.
